From public BLM and USFS records, not the AZGFD list. Records worded as Yellowhorn Outfitters' name the business, not Peter Cimellaro personally. A BLM permit is current when its project page gives an end date on or after today; with no stated end date, a project dated before 2022 is marked as a historic permit.
